1. acceptance

By accessing shmuelicoin.com (the "Site") or claiming, holding, or transacting in the SHMC token, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the token.

2. nature of shmc

SHMC is a community-created digital collectible on the Solana blockchain. It is not a security, share, bond, loan, deposit, e-money, or payment instrument. It grants no ownership, dividend, voting, redemption, or other rights against any person or entity, including the operators of this Site and the host of the ShmueliCast podcast. SHMC has no intrinsic value and no promised value.

3. the airdrop

• Airdrop distribution is entirely discretionary; submitting a claim does not guarantee tokens
• One claim per wallet; automated, duplicate, or fraudulent claims may be rejected
• The airdrop is free. We will never ask you to pay, connect a wallet, or sign a transaction to receive it. Anyone who does is impersonating us
• The airdrop may be modified, paused, or ended at any time without notice

4. buying and selling

Any trading of SHMC occurs on third-party, permissionless blockchain protocols that we do not own, operate, or control. We are not a party to, and accept no responsibility for, any transaction you enter into on such protocols. Prices are set by open market activity and can change rapidly, including to zero.

5. risks

Digital assets involve significant risk, including total loss of value, irreversible transactions, loss of private keys, software bugs, and network failures. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and recovery phrase and for evaluating any decision to hold or trade SHMC.

6. taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from your receipt, holding, or disposal of SHMC in your jurisdiction.

7. no warranties

The Site and the token are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, value, or data, arising from or related to the Site or the SHMC token. In no event shall total aggregate liability exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

9. intellectual property

The Shmuelicoin name, logo, and Site content are the property of the project. You may share and discuss them freely; you may not present them as your own or use them to mislead.

10. changes and contact
