1. who we are
This website (shmuelicoin.com, the "Site") is operated by the Shmuelicoin project ("we", "us"). Contact: uri@automateanything.ai.

We do not collect names, email addresses, or payment information. The Site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Local browser storage is used only to remember that you have already seen the intro animation.
3. wallet addresses are public by design
A Solana wallet address is public information on a public blockchain. Once tokens are sent to your address, that transfer is permanently and publicly visible on the Solana ledger and on explorers such as Solscan. This is a property of the blockchain, not a choice of the Site, and it cannot be undone.
4. where data is stored and who processes it
- Supabase stores claim form submissions on our behalf
- Cloudflare hosts the Site and processes standard request logs
- Solana RPC providers receive your browser's read-only requests when the Site displays live on-chain data (holder counts, prices)
- jsDelivr CDN serves the animation library used by the Site
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or trade any data we hold.
5. retention and deletion
Claim records are kept for as long as needed to operate the airdrop and audit its fairness, after which they may be deleted. To request deletion of your claim record, email us from any address with your wallet address. Note that completed blockchain transactions cannot be deleted by anyone.
6. your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us at uri@automateanything.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.
7. children
The Site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version; material changes will be posted on this page.
