the origin story
There's a podcast host who cannot stop talking about Bitcoin. Fixed supply this, digital gold that, 21 million forever. Episode after episode. You know the type. You might BE the type.
So one listener thought: fine. If he loves hard-capped, cryptographically-scarce digital assets so much... why doesn't he have one with his own face on it?
And instead of just making the joke, he built it. A real token, on the real Solana mainnet, with a hard cap enforced by the same math Bitcoin uses. One million Shmuelicoins. Not one more, ever. The mint key was destroyed on launch day: publicly, verifiably, permanently.
The host found out the same way you did: live on air.

- Make crypto tangible. Thousands of people hear about tokens every week. SHMC holders get to actually own one, feel the wallet experience, and verify a hard cap on a real explorer, all without spending a shekel.

- Honor the bit. Some communities have inside jokes. Ours is on the blockchain forever.
